Whether you require a minor refresh, ongoing maintenance or a complete refurbishment, our customer service team (CS) are here to help.
We provide you with a single point of contact to help manage workspace and additional requirements/ or post renovation. Our dedicated CS team will work closely with our original project team and will obtain a detailed knowledge in terms of fit out and MEP items so as to provide the advice and resolving any enquiries quickly and technically.
Right before the expiry date of DLP, our CS team will conduct a site-walk with you to finally recheck your workspace, record for defects (if any), and execute the final rectifications. As post DLP, we offer annual maintenance services (along with frequency service plan) to assure that your office asset remains at its highest performance as for a long-term use.
